Warranty Policy

All ALLOYWORKS products come with a 12-month warranty.

Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

If a product has a manufacturing defect or cannot be used for its intended purpose during the warranty period, you may return the product at no charge for assessment. This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover installation costs, labour charges, or any indirect or consequential losses.

If your product is damaged or develops a leak, please email us with:

· Clear photos or a video showing the issue

· Your order number

The images or video must clearly show the damaged or leaking area so our product team can assess the claim and advise on the next steps.

All warranty claims and supporting materials must be submitted within the 12-month warranty period.

Quality Control

Before dispatch, all products sold on alloyworks.com.au are double-checked by our quality control team. Each item is inspected for basic function, appearance, packaging, and required accessories prior to shipment.
